Not smart enough. Not attractive enough. Not athletic enough. I’ve heard these things so often that I’ve started to think they’re true. I didn’t know that these are evil lies that make me feel awful. So, I’m not going to believe them anymore. Now, I’m trying to replace these lies with God’s truths, and when I do, life looks completely different. I feel freer to live and enjoy my life as the person I am instead of the person I’m not. Today, I got up in the morning and reminded myself of what’s true - and that’s made a huge difference.
